Instructional Resource List

The following information is designed for use to support the instruction of WWUHS Courses. Faculty Coordinators and WWUHS Teachers are free to adjust or revise these materials, as they see fit.

• Statement of Equivalency
  A signed version of the Statement of Equivalency must be provided by the faculty coordinator to the WWUHS office for accreditation purposes.
• Discipline/Course-Specific Training and Collaboration Plan Template
  Training and collaboration plan for the course, to include general information to orient new teachers to the WWUHS course (content, assessments, etc.). Includes plan for communication between faculty and teachers.
  • Discipline/Course-Specific Summer PD Training Summary Template
    Overview of the summer professional development content. Including a description of how the summer professional development extends and expands knowledge related to the course.
• Syllabus Template
• Observation Form
• Assessment Analysis Cover Sheet
• Clock Hour Packet - If you would like to receive clock hours (up to 50 annually) for your work with the WWUHS Program, please download and complete this form.

Note: If an academic department or college has a process to complete one or more of these tasks, that process takes precedence over these materials.
