Fall Semester Course Timeline
Fall semester courses will be registered on WWU’s fall quarter.
- Term Start Date: Variable due to HS calendar
- Registration Opens: 9/4/24
- Last Day to Add: 10/6/24
- Last Day for Withdrawal: 1/12/25
- Term End Date: Variable due to HS calendar
- Grade Submission Date: After HS semester ends (variable), grades will be submitted via a course roster to the Faculty Coordinator and to the WWUHS Office.
Spring Semester Course Timeline
Spring semester courses will be registered on WWU’s spring quarter.
- Term Start Date: Variable due to HS calendar
- Registration Opens: 2/25/25
- Last Day to Add: 4/13/25
- Last Day for Withdrawal: 6/1/25
- Term End Date: Variable due to HS calendar
- Grade Submission Date: After HS semester ends (variable), grades will be submitted via a course roster to the Faculty Coordinator and to the WWUHS Office.
WWU’s Finals Week is from June 9-13. Faculty Coordinators can submit grades via Web4U until noon on June 17th. Grade submission after June 17th must be done via the WWUHS Office.
WWUHS Documentation and Accreditation Requirements
- Syllabus: Final WWUHS Course Syllabus Submitted [before registration is finalized/at the beginning of the Semester]
- Observation: Class Observation Report [during instruction, coordinated between the WWUHS Teacher and the Faculty Coordinator]
- Assessment: A copy of a marked student summative assessment should be submitted to your Faculty Coordinator [by the end of the Semester]
- Evaluation: The WWUHS Office will send an email evaluation of their experience to all enrolled students. A copy of the evaluation will be provided to the Faculty Coordinator and to the WWUHS Teacher [at the end of the Semester]
